Budget reservation on purchase requisition not enabled

Hi all, 

I'm trying to find how to activate this function on the PR form to reserve automatically the amount of my PR. 

I am able to joint an already created budget reservation from the line details as on the print screen 1, but i wanted to be able to access  that button that is  on top of that same screen shot. But it is grey out!

My commitment accounting is enables. With my public sector key turned on.

    Dear,

    First, have you checked your Budget control configuration form? is everything set and activated? and is the reservation working for POs?

    Do you see any flag (green, yellow, red) in the beginning of the PR line?

    I have another issue regarding this, that I cant select the PR on the general budget reservations, even Microsoft document say that we can select the PR in the general reservation lines. i don't know what is missing.
