OCR Service "Data Exchange Type table is empty" error

I have set up the OCR Service and sent a document to Lexmark successfully but when I click "Receive From OCR Service" I get an error saying "The Data Exchange Table is empty".

I think there is supposed to be an OCRINVOICE item in the Data Exchange Definitions list but this table is empty. I think I should be able to download this definition from somewhere so I can import it, but I can't find it does anyone have a link please?

The OCRINVOICE line is missing, where do I get this from so I can import it?

Right-click this link * and select "Save link as..." to download the new mapping file.
