"User Dashboard" privileges on security role

Hello, 

I can't change the privileges in my security role on "Core records" --> "User Dashboard" to Business Unit. At the moment it is set to the superusers as "User" privileges but this causes that the users this person is sharing the dashboard to is not visible for them. The only option i have is User och nothing. Or do they need any other privileges to access a shared dashboard?

    This privilege can't be changed - it is the mechanism that Dynamics uses to apply personal dashboards. A user should be able to share a dashboard with other users. To do this, the user will need Append and/or Append To privilege on the user entity; this would need to be at least business unit level to be able to share records with users in their business unit

    Agree with David.

    D365 dashboard is divided into system dashboard and user dashboard.

    1. Access to the systmen dashboard is controlled by enabling security roles in the default solution customizations. 

    At the same time, we can distinguish the access rights of users of different business units by the security roles of different business units.

    System dashboards cannot be shared.

    2. The user dashboard is limited to the user access that created it. Users can share their user dashboards with others.

    Your problem is about the user dashboard. I think the same as David in this part.

    In addition, please check that all components (views, charts, etc.) in the dashboard can also be successfully shared to that user.
