Hi all,

I am using D365 Online

I have some case closed records and I have opened one closed case record and when I try to access any other menu link from this record without doing any changes.

Initially it is showing me Save or Discard changes popup window and when I click on "Save and continue" it is showing me error window with following error.

How to fix this or at least how to make sure that I wont see this error window.

Hi All,

There was a issue with Business rule, I checked condition whether case is closed or not in the business rule and that fixed my issue

Thanks for your reply,

I don't have any javascript on this form and I have de-activated all business rules and workflows on this entity and tried the same thing. I am getting same error. Don't know the issue..

Hi Babu,

That error code says the case is resolved and cannot have any changes. since you're not changing anything, probably there is a business rule or javascript that is updating some fields.

You can check dirty fields to know which fields are being changed or try to deactivate javascript.
