Email receipt in AX 2012 R3 and MPOS

I set up all the stuff for sending the receipt by email automatically in AX 2012 R3 with MPOS, I build an HTML template and works fine. I found that I could create a receipt profile just for the email receipts. But I don't know how to assign a specific email template for a particular store. I mean My currently email template has images and logos for the brand of one of the assorments, how I can assign an other email template to other store from other assortment.
