Hello Guys,
Issue: Email Messaged status is showing as Sent but email not received in mailbox.
If anyone faced same kind of issue please comment.

Hi CRM Trainee,
My understanding is you are sending an email to one mailbox that is Synced to Dynamics 365 but you are not receiving it, right?
What are you using SSS or email Router?.
Are you using acept all email message or email message in response Dyn 365?
For SSS
1) validate that the mailbox that you are receiving the email is incoming as success
For email Router
1) Test and validate the email for incoming profile.

Hi,
This issue will come when incoming profile is not setup correctly in Dynamics CRM.
Verify your incoming Email Profile. Check setting in system settings->Email tab->Outgoing profile should be selected.
