Forbidden error while opening any SSRS report

Hi Techies,

I am getting below error while opening any standard SSRS report. It looks configuration/authentication issue.

Event viewer- Metadata service communication retry attempts failed to resolve issues with the following settings AX7CertificateUserName: FRServiceUser@dynamics.com; AX7CertificateThumbprint: ABD12210DE6787631C750234DABC78B06D1FA687;

Can anyone advice on this if faced before.

Any response would be helpful.

    We are facing this issue on two more VMs as well after PU 25 upgrade, not sure it is related to it, raised a support ticket, will update the thread.

    This is resolved now.

    The issue was with database and 'Admin' user credentials.

    We have two different region's databases available. There was a mismatch between email of 'Environment Administrator' on LCS and the 'Admin' account email from Users in database (Can be viewed on Users form)

    So we've tried restoring database with same email account as that of 'Environment Administrator' because only updating admin email from AX didn't work.

    So in ideal condition we need to make sure the both emails are same.
