Missing Purchase Lines/Items in Form but not on Table

Hi,

There are items in the Purchase Orders that are not displaying in the PurchaseTable Form. But when I checked the PurchaseLine table, the item is there. For example, there are 2 items in PO 1234 using the PurchTable Form, but when I look in to the PurchLine Table, there are actually 3 items.

I already removed all customizations in the PurchaseTable form but nothing happened. Where should I start checking? please help.

Thanks!

Chester

    Hi Wenchester,

Can you check, if the record exists in InventDim table for the InventDimID assigned in your purchLine table records. This type of behaviour is seen when the tables used on the form data sources are joined and the related records do not exists.

    Hope that helps.

    Regards,

    Rachit Garg

Also worth checking that the field IsDeleted on purchLine is not marked as "true". It should be "false".

Yes, right the item showed when I unchecked the IsDeleted column, but how can I totally delete the item from the PurchLine table? I was trying to delete the item from the released products but I was not able to do so because of dependent Purchase Lines. That's why I really need totally delete the item from the table.

I just found out that you can delete the purchline items in the PurchLine table by deleting its versions first.
