Restrict SO by weight limit?

Is it possible to restrict SO entry so that there is a maximum weight allowed per order? For example, we have a promotion to sell items but only want each customer to purchase 5lbs combined weight limit and want to restrict the lines on the sales orders so that the total of all products weight won't go over that amount. Does anyone know of a way to accomplish this?

Hi Denver,

This is not a check which is part of standard AX. This would require a customization.

Suggested dirty work around:

1. Make sure all your customers have credit limits. Set them artificially high.

2. Set a price agreement for the item to be ridiculously high from your given quantity/weight limit. Effectivly exceeding the credit limit.
