common suspended system jobs

Hey, my name is Haim.
And I work as a crm developer.
I recently got a task to go over suspended system  jobs to try to debug and fix them.
I'd love tips on common bugs and how to fix them.
In the meanth place, I notice that there are a lot of bugs related to the asynchronous server, and for creating records from a third party, I would love recommendations on the subject!!

    Hi haimHis,

    I think you are commenting about suspended system jobs from Dynamics 365, if yes, I would suggest as a good starting check the system job's message.

    You can check the above opening directly the system job that you need and checking the message or you can also perform and advanced find and in your filter add to see the suspended ones.

    Hi,

    One of the possible reason for suspended job is un availability of Asyc service , means when you are updating alot of record where we have dependent logic (plugin /workflow) written , then due to un availability of Async service that job get postpose ,to clear it  you should wait for some hours  .

    And for all other type you need to check the error message and require to take action accordingly.

    Secondly, I actually saw that the common errors happen because of the asynchronous server, do you have perhaps a tip how to solve them if I have access to the asynchronous server?  In general, I'd love to know about other common errors you've encountered and how you've solved them...
