Where are the "Customer - Corporate Information - Special Instructions" stored?

Hello!

I am a new admin for a Dynamics SL 2015 installation.  We are trying to gather the customer "special Instructions" for eventual migration to another ERP... and I cannot find where these live in the database.

I would prefer something like a SQL table or query to look at, as I am well-versed in SQL.  I do not normally access the ERP yet; therefore, I am hesitant to look for an in-app solution both from my inexperience and because I might have to engage another's time multiple times before the project is over.

I have the same question (0)

Antony, I'm not aware of any single field called "special instrucions" on the customer screen (assuming that's where you're looking for it.) Usually, my clients keep information like that in the NOTES that are attached to the customre record.  A simple query for listing them would be along the lines of:

    select c.custid, c.noteid, n.snotetext from customer c join snote n on c.noteid = n.nid

    Stuart,

I don't have a "Customer" page in front of me.  I was given a screenshot showing a Customer ID at top and various information under a "Corporate information 1" tab, ending in a "special Instructions" section at bottom.  Hopefully the pic below makes this more clear.

I've searched the SNotes for '%Maria%' from below and found nothing.

I don't know if this has been customized or modified to make it look the way I see.Dynamics-Customer.png

Definitey not the standard SL Customer Maintenance screen. It looks like it may be a customized Web Apps screenshot, or a capture from an attached CRM package..The standard screen is shown below.
