Hi All,

is it possible to reset Remaining number of Terms via plugin? If we do it via Workflow, there will be a error message "YOu can only edit a draft document".

Best regards,

Miha

    Hi Miha,

From screenshot you provided above, it will appear error message "You can only edit a draft document" when you use workflow.

So you can change entitlement status to draft before resetting Remaining number of Terms, then change entitlement status to active again in workflow.

    Just like following screenshot:

Now, you can use workflow to reset Remaining number of Terms successfully.

    Test:

In System Jobs, you will see the workflow run successfully.

In entitlement form, the remaining terms has changed to 2 successfully.

Is it possible to change remaining terms without first changing it's state to "draft"? It seems to me that this can result in a race condition. If an entitlement is updated and during that time a new incident is created, the user can not choose that entitlement.
