Container removing leading zero value Zero's , how get complete value

I have created a container , when i am getting values at position 2 and 3, instead of returning 002 and 031, its returning 2 and 31.
 
container                   dimCon = str2con(/400001-002-031/,/-/);
 
 info(strFmt(/%1/,conPeek(dim Con, 2) )  ).
 info(strFmt(/%1/,conPeek(dimCon, 3) )  );

    Use str2con_RU as str2con removes leading zeros.
