Search Internal Employee List for Skill Set

Using Core HR, is there a way that a user can search their internal employees for certain skill sets, certificates, industry work, etc? I see that it's possible to do this in Attract with Talent Pools.

So far, I've tried searching within the master list in skills, but I can't figure out how to populate a list of names that would match a list of skills that I want to procure.

Another side to this, would it be easier to create a PowerBI report similar to what comes OOB? There is a current report that lets you filter on a specific employee to see what skills they have. I could do the opposite and see if it would let me create a table to filter on, selecting a variety of skills and see if it lets me see all employees that match those.

I'd rather see if it's possible without the report first though.

I see that now, thank you. Another question...for example, if I'm searching for two specific skills in skill mapping, is there a way to ensure that it only populates results that match exactly? I searched for someone who had budgeting and accounting skills. It brought up those who only had one or the other as well instead of matching exactly.

EDIT: I figured this out, thank you for leading me in the right direction!

You can do this by using the Skill mapping report found under Employee development > Links > Skill mapping.  If you expand the Records to include tab you can filter on Education, Skills, Certificates, etc.
