In my GL summary TB I am seeing the mainaccount + Business Unit + Department, in the GL detailed TB I am not seeing them.

Can you give us the exact names of the reports/inquiry forms and the navigation path how to open that to ensure that those report are not custom reports that were created especially for your company.

They are: [company]/general ledger/reports/grouping/summary trial balance and detail trial balance.

Did you select the same primary financial dimension set for both reports?
Do you know if some modifications have been made to those reports?
If you are operating an older AX2012 version, please also check the hotfixes available on LCS.
