I need to add knowledge base articles in bulk, Any suggestion
sorry for late reply, Still am facing a same issue, i could not able to import the articles

What is the status of these knowledge articles, published? I am not sure if you can do that. could you please first test by importing just one kb with bare minimum fields such as name, date expiry etc.

Thanks for your response, I need to add new articles into the CRM, but i have bulk data around 600 articles.
I tries it before only as you said, but all articles which i have uploaded was failure.
I have added the required fields, but still there is no progress. Please have a look at screenshot for reference.

Hi Pradeep, As far as i know knowledge articles can be import to dynamics.
Could you please prepare excel and upload them. It should be an easy process just like any other process.
for a starter, export some articles from one environment and try to import to another. This works for me.
