Unable to use custom forms - Sales pro

I have customized a couple of Contact forms.
Checked Permission/security - Set to Anyone
Put them a top list list, but the default Sales Professional form is what opens.
 
I cannot see a drop down or other method to select different forms /views

    You need to make sure that your new forms have been added to your Model Driven App. It sounds like you might have a custom app. You also need to make sure your new forms have the correct security roles assigned.
