We are still using Navision 4.0 SP3. We have lost our customer source details. Is it possible getting know the login account details. The emails are still in use but have no detail of the login.

    You can always restore the details of your Customer Source access from you current partner. If you are for some reason not able to contact your partner, you can ask directly from Microsoft support by writing an e-mail to itmbssup@microsoft.com .
