Hi community,
Last fall, Apple introduced their Apple Mail Privacy Protection in Apple Mail. In short, if an Apple Mail User enables this, all emails they receive come back in Dynamics 365 Marketing as an open. So Open Rates do not provide us with sufficient information anymore. Although we can read more from Click Through Rates, also Click to Open Rate is not a valid measure.
From the Insights tab on the Marketing Email we can see a lot of information, but I'm missing the following:
- Device
- Browser
- Operating System
Does anyone know IF we could get this information out of Dynamics 365 Marketing OR that I need to bring this up as an idea so we can filter our Open Rate and Click to Open Rate based on the device, browser and operating system.
