Send Auto Email Template after case creation based on key word.

Hi Every one,

here is a scenario , we want when case created , we will find description of case and if in case certain keyword exists i.e testing , hello etc base on that keyword a specific email template send to a particular email address.

for this either we need workflow or plugins

You can use workflows. I replay you scenario:

I create a task instead of sending an email.

You can use some AI to improve your scenario using Text analysis with Flow.
