Difference between the Calculation formula's of the Balance & Balance at Date

Hi

 What is the Difference between the Calculation formula's of the Balance & Balance at Date in the G/L Account table.

    Hi,

    'Balance at Date' allows defining the date to show the balance at (Date Filter). Whereas 'Balance' is showing the balance of whatever is posted into this account. That is, when no Date Filter is defined, both fields show the same value. But to see the balance of account for the specific date, it will show in 'Balance at Date' when 'Date Filter' is applied.
