Above attached SS I want to get the Opportunity and account lookup record name without using the "Get a Row by Id".

Like I want he record name Opportunity = Test  and Account = modem.

Is it possible to get these name of lookup records without using "get a row by id".

I have the same question (1)

    Hello  Himanshu Kamboj,

Yes we can get the lookup name using the formatted value of lookup field. Please refer below article which will help you to implement your requirement.

    Hi Himanshu Kamboj,

It doesn't seems to be possible. You have to use "Get a Row By Id" to get names of account and opportunity.

Upon trigger of flow fetch the same case record and then with help of formatted value syntax you can access account and opportunity.

    Hello Himanshu Kamboj,

For Power Automated Process if you used Lookup field name then you must be call "Get a Row by Id" Method on trigger or in Process. By using this you get your value or you can say Formatted value.

For Row by ID you can used this method : https://www.c-sharpcorner.com/article/get-lookup-field-text-in-power-automate/

    I hope it helps,

    Thanks.

If you only need the lookup name then you can get easily from case payload. But if u need more information from the related entities then u will have mention in expand query parameters.

Please refer below article which will help you to implement your requirement without use to get record by id connector.
