Sales Orders Based On Warehouse

(0) ShareShare

Hi All,

Looking for a way to separate sales orders that came from a specific warehouse on our sales reporting?  Can this be done without manual manipulation of the sales date?  Or without any customization?

Thanks,

Rosey

    Hi,

Yes, that can be done using advance query on standard sales ordet report, just click on select and add warehouse field on sales order table.

    Hi Rosey,

that depends on how you use AX.

    - There is a field InventLocationId on the sales order head. If this is filled in with what you call "come from a warehouse", then you could just filter there.

    - else, if what you're looking for is the warehouse that's entered on the sales line, you could create a filter that lists all sales orders that have at least one sales line for that warehouse.

    But, in general,

    - the invent location field is not necessarily filled in in the sales header, nor in the sales line

    - the goods don't have to be shipped from the warehouse that's entered on header or line

    - the goods of one sales table could be shipped from multiple warehouses

    - the goods of one sales LINE could be shipped from multiple warehouses

Hope this helps a bit ...

    Regards,

    Annette
