Good day,
I am working on Employee development.
I set it in a way where each review has several goals with each their respective goal.
Now I want the review's weight to be the sum of the different goals weight. Is there a way for it to happen?

Are all of the Goals going to be weighted similarly? Because if so, you will be able to get something to kind of work. Each Review you can have only one Rating Model selected. And then your Employee and Manager can give their ratings, but this will include All Goals and All Competencies on the reivew.
We had some Goals and Competencies that needed to be omitted or irrelvant for Ratings on the review, plus some of the goals would use different Ratings systems so we had to create a PowerApp for this.

The only measurement unit for the goal is "Weight".
Each goal has a different "weight".
Could you please share images of what you are talking about?
