We currently have issues with "physical reserved stock" created from receipting intercompany purchase orders . When clicking on the stock button ( on sales order line ) , then reservation , we get the following info log message : "Manual reservation is not allowed on intercompany transactions and is therefore disabled".
We would like to be able to "un-reserve" the stock

You probably don't need this answer anymore after more than one year, but just for future reference (in AX2012).
Before you can remove a reservation on an intercompany order line, you have to remove the intercompany link from the Inventory drop down menu on the order line.
