Hi All,
We have integrated and configured Dynamics 365 App for Outlook. We have created a quick create form for the custom and system entities. Also, we have configured the business rules in the Quick Create form. The business rule is working as expected when I open the Quick Create form from the Dynamics 365 App for Outlook, however, when I open the same quick create form from the Outlook app then the business rule is NOT working.
Can anyone suggest what could be reason of this issue?

Sometimes other logic is in the way of a business rule. Try to see if there are other rules or script bugging with your rule. Try deactivating it one at a time to get to the cause. Alternatively you could try to write the business rule logic in JavaScript.
