Email Notifications - Performance Management in D365

Hi,

I have successfully managed to configure the Performance management module and enable the worker review workflow for performance reviews in D365 HR.

Our leave management module was configured by an external vendor and they were able to set up email notifications - (we use O365).

For Performance Management which I have set up myself, I am able to see the notifications within the Action Center but not able to activate emails like we have for leave management

I wanted to set up similar email notification aligned to the workflow such that :

Employee Submits Review - Email Notification goes to Manager
Manager Finalizes review - Email Notification goes to employee
Employee Signs off - Email notification goes to Manager
Manager Signs off - email notification goes to Employee

Is this possible?

Hey Ian.

You can certainly setup a workflow that is based on the Performance Review of an employee. One way to do is to use Worker Review Workflow to control the approval of the review. The things you will need to setup are review types, measurements and performance journal source types. All three setup can be found in the Employee Development setup page. Hopefully this helps you get started.
