Following Getting Started Document and seeing issues

I am trying to follow below 

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/intelligent-order-management/lab-create-requestbin-connector

and seeing options not available in Power Apps solution. 

It says add it to solution - and i cant do it as Solution doesn't have a way to import Provider definition

Further on Step below, could not find action "

  1. For Action Name, enter "msdyn_CreateProviderMessageRequestExecution".
