    Hi,

Depends on your CRM version but have a look to this solution : magneticonemobile.com/.../call-tracker-for-microsoft-dynamics-crm

You can try it for seven days.

Note : I am not an employee of this company :)

how to find out in crm whether we have 3rd party tool regarding this ..?

I think that it's not an out of the box functionnality that's why a third party solution is necessary.

There is a way to do it with code but it will take time ..

I can't help you on this, sorry :(

    Hi

I have not tried this but here is how i think you might be able to achieve if you are not looking for third-party solution

Dynamics 365 Mobile now supports Iframe and web resource

    [View:https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/customize/iframe-web-resource-support-dynamics-365-phones-tablets:750:50]

You could have something like the following in your web resource

    <table><tr><td><a href="tel:+900300400">Phone: 900 300 400</a></td></tr></table>

You can have a javascript that binds to the onclick of the tag and creates a phonecall record.

The javascript should also allow the default behaviour of the phone number click to proceed so that It can open the phone dialer

One other solution I thought of to create a Custom Control for Phone number field using new CCF and have the click event to do both opening dialers and also creating phone call activity.  The only problem is i don't thing CCF is open for developers yet, at least I have not come across any news or link this being ready for developers yet.

    Hope this helps
