Customer Returns using disposition code Credit only and disposition action credit only

Hi

I have create a disposition code - Credit Only with disposition action 'Credit Only'

When I create a return order, the disposition code 'Credit Only' does not appear in the list whilst the others appear.

Can anyone tell how to process a customer return using the disposition action 'Credit Only'

    Hi Tulika,

    Credit only can be selected in the return order line. As it does not expect the items to be returned, you cannot use it in the journal.

    Credit only disposition code is available only from return order line. All other dispositions codes are not available there, so if you are able to see them it means that you are looking at a wrong place.

    Where exactly are you trying to select it ?

    so if the return sales order can only see the "Credit Only"

    where can you use the Credit, Replace and Credit and Scrap ,

    the remaining disposition codes?

    You can specify this in the arrival journal for the returns. Have a look at the documentation as well: technet.microsoft.com/.../gg212789.aspx

    but i am want to do a return "Credit only" , i just wanted to understand where the others are used.
