Tracking in Realtime Marketing doens't work

In real-time marketing, tracking no longer seems to work. 
Emails are delivered but the opening of the email or that a link was clicked is not tracked. I have already tried this in two different marketing environments with the same result. 
If you also look at the link behind the button, it seems the redirection via /public-eur.mkt.dynamics.com/ is missing. Currently the button only calls the stored target URL. 
 
Does anyone have any idea what could be misconfigured?

URL and option which is stored in the button:
/Nachverfolgung/ is the german word for /Tracking/.

    thank you very much.
     
    I wasn't ware of that setting in the compliance profile. Looks like somebody changed it in our organisation or due to an update. 
    Its now working!

    Hi,
     
    you could check two further other configurations:
    1. Is the Tracking field on the contact set to "Allow" or "Do not allow"? Or what is the status of the contact consent point for the contacts email address?
     
    2. How is the setting in your compliance profile? Is the tracking set to restriced or non-restrictive? You can find this in the consent purpose of the compliance profile.
