How to give a guest user access to Power Platform??

Hi All, I would like to know how to give a guest user / external user access to Power Platform.

I have access to the Customer service app in Dynamics, but cannot access the Power Platform/ PowerApps.

PS. I am not asking how to share a canvas app, most of my research referred me to sharing a canvas app.
