CRM and Exchange 2010

Hey guys! I'm having 2 problems with my CRM deployment.

The first problem is with Exchange 2010 integration. I have downloaded the latest CRM E-Mail Router for the deployment. When I set up the inbound and outbound rules, and then go to the deployments to create a new one, it won't let me select one for "my company", the only one it will let me select is "Dynamics CRM Online" option. CRM is installed on the same server that I am launching the E-Mail router application from. Exchange is running on the same server as well. how do I endable the "my company" option so i may select this option?

The other problem I am having (less important) is with the IFD. I have configured the IFD, and my website, gigatech.com, is pointed to my DNS server. my internal network is test.com. i have created a new zone, gigetch.com, and pointed the redirection to the server with the CRM deployment. But for some reason, it will not redirect there from the external access points. Am I going about this wrong or is there something else? the ports on my router (80, 443) are the ones that direct to the DNS to resolve. the address I would be entering for web access is gigatech.com/test/loader.aspx

    Hi,

Hey guys! I'm having 2 problems with my CRM deployment.

I think your issue is that you downloaded the email router for crm online.  Download the crm email router for on premises and partner hosted:

    http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=e1358499-3fdb-45b8-adf0-7585f758277e&displaylang=en

The other problem I am having (less important) is with the IFD. I have configured the IFD, and my website, gigatech.com, is pointed to my DNS server. my internal network is test.com. i have created a new zone, gigetch.com, and pointed the redirection to the server with the CRM deployment. At a high level, setting up IFD involves:
    1. dns setup for your external url such as crm.gigatech.com
    2. ssl certificate for your extact url OR a wild card
    3. use ifd config to specify the ip addresses of your 'local' network
    4. be sure your crm org name is the prefix of the url accessible via IFD.  If your url will be crm.gigatech.com your crm org needs to be called crm
    5. Open the firewall so inbound port 443 is allowed to your crm server.

    Good luck.
