NAV 5.0 SP1 User Role not working

I've given a user (let's call them USER 2) the same user role as someone else (let's call them USER 1). The problem I'm having is the USER 2 can't do the same function that USER 1 can. This shouldn't be the case if I copied all of USER 1's login roles to USER 2. Can anyone please share on how to this can be fixed? Thanks!

run synchronisation: Tools -> Security -> Synchronize

That option isn't available in NAV 5.0 (SP1)

Are you using a native database or SQL database ?

I found the solution, I had to check off Commission Supervisor in the user setup.

for user2, for both?

commission: do you mean permission?

supervisor: do you mean the role SUPER?
