ax 2012 re- validate ledger dimension

Hi, we are upgrading from Ax 2009 to AX 2012. in Ax 2012, when we try to do "Foreign currency revaluation" function, got below error. seems that meaning account structure was changed (but we didn't, all structures came from data conversion from 2009)

"Changes have been made to combination (our ledgerdimensin combination) since the combination was last used. The combination must be re-validated to be used."

my question is how to do ledger dimension combination re-validate?

find solution for this, there is hotfix for this issues, pasted below in case someone need
