Hi Experts,

There is requirement to send email with the following email body format. when user clicks on a customized button in salestable form in D365F&O.

Note: should send email to recipient with the sales order in the email subject.

    You can make use of email template and place holders that can capture details about the sales order before sending to the email.

    Hi,

    Standard function can't not send email with email body, however this can be done by customization.

    Or you can think of power automate as well.
