Disappearing Sales Order Lines

I have a client running AX 2012 R3 CU8 via Term Server and there is 1 user that is continually having issues with Sales Order Lines that are entered but when going back to the sales order, the lines are not there.  Everyone else can see the lines but she cannot.  Then after logging out and back in to AX, she can then see the sales order lines.  I have cleared her usage data to ensure that there were no personalization's to the sales order form that might be causing the issue.  Has anyone else seen this before and does anyone have any suggestions, tips, or solutions?

    Hi Ansel,

    Are the security role the same for this person and other persons? Are you aware of possible enabled/created security policies?

    If someone else creates a sales order, does this person has the same issue?

    The Security roles are the same for all the order entry team.  And actually after polling the others, they have had similar issues as well, just not as much or as frequent as this particular user.  

    The issue isn't that she (or the others) don't see the lines ever, but that they are sometimes not visible until she either closes the window or AX completely,  then after opening the order or logging back in, the lines are visible again.

    I have also been trying to get more information about when this issue occurs and one thing to note is that this user will have multiple sales orders open at one time and this seems to be when the lines "disappear".  Again, they aren't actually gone and the same user can see the lines again, after closing out of the order and opening it back up again.

    Hi Ansel,

    So it might be related to having multiple forms open. Do you know how these forms are started? From the main menu or e.g. via a customer? When some auto-links are active, the behavior with the lines might be related. I don't think it is related to security at this moment with the given information. Problem is that I don't know (also it is not clear for you) how she uses multiple open sales orders.

    I didn't see the answer to this question, but I also wonder if it's related to screen resolution in the terminal server (RDS) environment.
