Automating survey send based on Business Process Flow Action in Dynamics 365

I'd like set up cloud flow whereby a customer voice survey is sent to a customer, triggered by a stage of a business process flow in dynamics 365 being completed. The business process flow belongs to a custom entity, which adds some complications.
