For this purpose you need to specify Assignment type as Hierarchy
May be you need to configure workflows from all modules

Great, But I want to know do Technet have some ready made work flows ...
As I know, on the link below you can find the types of workflows that you can create in each module.
So, you can create a workflow starting from a specific type and on workflow editor design the workflow by dragging workflow elements onto the canvas.
