Apostrophe when downloading images

Hello all!

We've been having issues with clients downloading files, in a particular, images, from CRM, with a pre-pended and appended apostrophe as the file name.

Example: 'testimage.JPG'

This inherently prevents any image-viewing software from opening it and we have to manually change the filename by eliminating the special character.

Is there a solution for this?
