How to Recover Deleted Exchange Rates in Microsoft AX

Hi,

We were updating manually exchange rates in Microsoft AX. But by mistake one of the currency rates is deleted or gone which is not appearing in General Ledger> Setup> Currency> Currency Exchange Rates. Please see in attached image, exchange currency DKK is not visible in the list of exchange rates.

Please help me to recover all the updated exchange rates we had updated in Microsoft AX.

Hi Himanshu Pandya,

If database logging had been enabled earlier, you have a possibility of recovering these record.

On the other hand, an existing database backup containing this record will be a life saver.

In the absence of the two mentioned above, I don't think you can recover these exchange rates.
