I have little Dynamics experience so please bear with me.
We recently changed the email addresses for several users because of a merger. We were informed by the Dynamics admins, that they had to update all the Primary Email fields manually. This boggles my mind, how is this possible? We use EntraID, how can the primary SMTP address not be synced with the user in Dynamics 365?
The property I am referring to:
Power Platform Admin Center > Environments > /Production/ > Settings > Users > {Select the user} > ... > Manage User in Dynamics 365 > Primary Email.
Is there a way to sync this automatically, or can someone send me in the correct Power Shell or Graph URL for automation?
