Hello,
I'am working on workflow process.
I would setup a new approval item workflow :
A user creates a new item.
Before this item can be use in sales, purchase ...
I want an other user approve it.
If i use standard model, i cannot mount this process.
I can create and use my approval setup. However i can use my item on sales order.
Do you have solutions ? Perhaps i dont know all setup elements ?
Or i must create a new workflow on the blocked field ?
In this instance I would look away from BC workflows and go for power automate. That way you can tie more processes together. So the trigger of having an item approval can result in more activities. You would need a modification in BC to do what you want.
