How to Upload Ledger Journal Lines Attachments using Rest Api

Hi!
 
I am new to Dynamics F&O, and I would like to ask if there is an API exposed or can be used to upload Attachments to Ledger Journal Lines using Rest API. I tried Ledger Journal Attachments and tried to access the entity first(Get Request) via API but it says no route data was found for this request.
 
Any help will do.
