in a omnichannel (PVA) live chat scenario (customer -> portal + live chat -> CS workspace + agent), I´d like to use the (final) transcript of the conversation within a flow. However, I don´t seem to find where the transcript is saved? Dataverse?
Help much appreciated.

Have you looked up the Chat Widget table, I'm not sure if you have access to the data in it.
As far as I know, after finishing a chat with a customer, I can save the chat as an HTML file.
This means that it is difficult to treat it as data that can be processed.
