I was trying to create a proposal from a resolved case using 'Propose new knowledge' feature of copilot in Dynamics CRM customer service. I could resolve the case but while trying to create proposal it gave me this error :

Ran into an error while creating the article. Pls Try again.

Does anyone know how to resolve the same?

You can propose a new article from the button even on the resolved case. I don't see any limits there.

I cannot see any limits there.

Is there any limit to the number of knowledge articles we can create from a case in a trial environment? I could only create one, for rest I couldn't create any article through copilot.
