I was trying to create a proposal from a resolved case using 'Propose new knowledge' feature of copilot in Dynamics CRM customer service. I could resolve the case but while trying to create proposal it gave me this error :
Ran into an error while creating the article. Pls Try again.
'Ran into an error while creating the article. Pls Try again.', for copilot for customer service
Is there any limit to the number of knowledge articles we can create from a case in a trial environment? I could only create one, for rest I couldn't create any article through copilot.
