Exception in Creation of a Lead

Hi Community,

when submitting a marketing form (embedded via script on external website) I get the following error within the formsubmissions tab:

The marketing form itself is set up to update both, leads and contatcs. But only contacts are generated.

    Try clearing the cache, or incognito mode some details still saved in the marketing cookie, or could be any plugin / flow / process throwing the exception on create of lead.

    Hi Eiken,

    thnak you for this link. But that seems not to solve my issue.

    There has to s.th. which is triggered on the creation of a new lead.

    Contacts are still be generated from marketing submissions.

    Hi Eiken,

    thank you very much for your answer. I`ve checked teh default matching strategys for lead/contact. Everything is set up correctly.

    So I think it is caused by any workflow or plugin. I´ll check this and get back to you with a result.

    Hi,

    Please check the following records.

    By default, it is based on the following two fields to determine if there are already existing records. Only if both are consistent will the existing record be updated.

    You need add the fields from the current strategy to your form to create new lead.

    If it still works, please provide more details(screenshots) about your marketing form.

    By the way, do you have any workflows about contacts or leads, please try to stop them and try again.
