    It is to add a class that extend SRSReportDatacontractUIBuilder.
    and two controls being added by the extended class for type Date.

    You need to code according to the original logic to achieve it.

    In the report data provider class you have methods for every parameter that is shown on the dialog.  You need to add two new methods there. It's not tricky at all.

    Just look how the existing date fields are handled there.

    You need to add 2 additional methods to report's contract class and then add logic to DP to handle them.
