Unable to find manual secret value

Hi,

I follow the steps in article

https://community.dynamics.com/365/financeandoperations/b/palleagermark/posts/how-to-setup-azure-key-vault-with-dynamics-365-for-finance-and-operations

However when I tried to validate the secret, I got the error "Unable to find manual secret value."

Any idea?
