Hi All,
I want to know, how can email be send automatically from Dynamics.
Is there a way to configure Email type of Activity in such a way that it automatically send email when due date time is passed.

You can also use Power automate to send an email based on any field value.
Microsoft is suggesting/recommending to use Power automate instead of using classic workflow. However you can also use workflow as per your convenient.
